(Evergreen Clematis) A lovely small evergreen climber with deeply cut, dark green summer leaves and beautiful, fragrant whitish-green flowers in Spring. The young leaves are bronze tinted when they emerge in Spring.

Most suitable for a sunny position with shelter from strong winds.

Position: Full sun or light shade. Requires a sheltered spot and avoid planting in cold, windy areas.
Soil: Well drained, fertile soil.
Hardiness: Somewhat hardy. May suffer foliage damage and possibly some die-back during severe winters. May require winter protection in cold areas. Not suitable for cold windy areas!
