(Dwarf Birch) A native, small or eventually medium sized, deciduous shrub with slender branches and dainty, toothed, dark green leaves. The leaves have yellow and orange tints in autumn before falling. The bark is dark bronze and brown.

Most suitable for a sunny position in acid soil with good drainage.
