Acer palmatum 'Jerre Schwartz' is a handsome and graceful medium sized to large shrub with vivid reddish-bronze young leaves in spring and bold red and purple autumn colour.

A stunning vase-shaped shrub, excellent in a border and suitable for growing in a large container.

Position: Full sun or partial shade.
Soil: Any well drained, neutral or slightly acid, fertile soil.
Hardiness: Hardy. Acer palmatum 'Jerre Schwartz' will grow best when planted in an area sheltered from strong winds.
Rate of Growth: Moderate.
Habit: Medium to large branching shrub.
